Desoto showed up cocky, NC showed up confident. Both teams have tremendous speed. It's nice to see someone shut Desoto up, even if it's just for a week. That anyone walked onto a field and hung over 50 on Desoto is incredible. Both teams played with insane situation awareness. I really wish I could have seen this one live, in person. North Crowley beat Lancaster by one touchdown last week. And this week they beat Desoto? Either Lancaster and North Crowley the real deal this year or Desoto downgraded. Either way, this is what makes Texas football so special. Talent is EVERYWHERE, and that is why we are the best football state.

Stop the cap Cali HS footballs success is all bought and paid for with nationally recruited talent whom teams such as Mater Dei's endowment donors pay for relocation, housing, and employment for these families to live in one of the most expensive places to rent in America. Meanwhile the TX politicians are openly attacking public state and federally funded in favor of charter/private schools, and yet these teams are still well represented in the top 50 while having limited resources and being strangled financially. Desoto is a nice place to live, and very inexpensive, with tons of upwardly mobile job prospects in the greater metroplex. People relocate to Dallas-Fort Worth to improve their quality of life. Nobody non-military, or uber rich moves to Southern California for affordable real estate, or to better their employment prospects in respect to their rent to income ratio unless it's already been taken care of by the schools donor endowment. Nice try at running that tired narrative though. I see you pushing that garbage on all the HS videos posted, so you're persistent. They say the devil works twice as hard.
