Coaches, can you see the impact that you have on your athletes. I played football 🏈 nearly all of my young adult life. The discipline that I received from my coaches saved my life. After high school, I ended up enlisting in the military. Discipline was a must and I climbed the ranks swiftly. I started college shortly after leaving the military and now I have a Masters Degree in science. I am also a board certified Physician Assistant. All of my coaches are still in my memory and they hold a special place in my heart.
Absolutely 💯👍 amazing! Discipline is vital in a high school student in academics and in the football field. It is absolutely important in applying your skills to get ready in real life. It's not everything, but it CAN open doors. Being yourself, and appreciating of what you have in front of you. And not take for granted. Not everyone can be in the military, but just because there are civilians that cannot (for whatever reason) have that rare opportunity of a lifetime. It doesn't make them any less worthy of being high school students. Or in being human. It applies if kids in just about any high school - whether it's public or private - ❤ themselves. Especially in the inner cities of high schools in America. ESPECIALLY in THOSE areas. Smart, intelligent, and somewhat intellectual people do NOT believe in the negative stereotypical attitude. Of pigeonholing them as inferior. That's SO wrong! The only person that's your best friend is YOU. If you don't ❤ yourself, then you cannot go on. It applies to the kids in broken, damaged homes. Especially in THE STREETS! Imagine that. Don't have to be a genius to figure it out
