I swear Yang is just hillarious at times, she's the heart of team Rwby for a reason people, a big lovable motherly goof who can punch you into next week. I really love this adorable blonde firecracker =3 ❤
Easily used to be one of the best characters...back when she didn't get destroyed by the writing. She used to be the fun but protective elderly sister, and also the girl who'd be the emotional support for everyone (after Ruby). But lately she's completely stopped giving a shit about anyone, and her character is literally just her relationship with Blake lmao (same goes for Blake).
So like normal emotional teenagers that have been through some heavy stuff and have basically trauma bonded to each other until they worked through said trauma
@@DiabloBiscuit She didn't have trauma bonds with her friends at all, and she didn't stop talking to them after recovering from trauma, in fact it started somewhere in volume 6. I don't recall the last time Yang shared a sisterly moment with Ruby.

Regardless if u can recall it or not, Yangs character has not bee reduced to just "Blake's girlfriend", and the other way around for Blake. If you believe that Yang has become just Blake's partner, then you don't know her character at all.
