  • Current Member of Parliament in Canada, Larry Maguire, shares his thoughts on the Canadian Government’s stance on UAP.
Presented by Nolan Laboratory and the Stanford School of Medicine in November 2023 at Stanford University, the symposium convened an unparalleled meeting of leading voices from academia, government and industry to collectively drive forward a new academic legitimacy to UAP.
The videos encompass the various talks from across the two-day event, addressing the science of UAP, the potential societal impact, and considering the necessary steps to enable responsible sharing of any information held on the topic. Their release reiterates the Foundation’s message of increased transparency and disclosure surrounding UAP information and regulation; a defining theme of the symposium.
About the Sol Foundation: The Sol Foundation is a research institute that funds and guides scientific research. It produces policy and advisory research aimed at addressing the UAP issue and preparing society for its social implications.

Reach out to your MP because Canada is quiet on the subject except years ago with Paul Hellyer.
If it’s a “key” topic in parliament it’s a wonder why it’s been kept a secret.

    So, basically:
    - Larry Maguire expresses gratitude for the opportunity to discuss UAPs in Canada.
    - He acknowledges his honor in sharing a background with previous speakers and mentions his transition from farming to politics.
    - He highlights the importance of transparency and collaboration in addressing UAPs.
    - He outlines four key areas of discussion: politicians' attitudes towards UAPs, action in the Canadian Parliament, the need for transparency, and collaboration with allies.
    - He emphasizes the involvement of civilian scientists, academics, and researchers in the discussion.
    - He raises questions about declassifying information, collaborating with allies, and ensuring adversaries don't access sensitive information.
    - Lastly, he discusses the challenge of governments admitting the truth to their citizens and the importance of public trust.

RE: Defence Research and Development Canada in possession of
      recovered UAP material
      Dear Minister Anand,
It has come to my attention through meetings with American officials that the United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and
Senate Committee on Armed Services have been undertaking in-camera hearings with government and military subject matter experts on the
recovery and exploitation of physical material from Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).
I am concerned that expected upcoming public announcements will be coordinated between AUKUS, which could damage Canada’s credibility
with our allies and the Canadian public on the global stage. There is an opportunity to have a prepared
communication plan in place by May
      2023 to reduce this risk.
As Minister of National Defence, you may not be aware Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) has participated in efforts to
analyze UAP, which is publicly traceable to circa 1950. This recovered foreign material is studied through the Five Eyes Foreign Material
Program (FMP) which, in Canada, is sponsored by the Canadian Forces Intelligence Command aligned with several intelligence sharing
arrangements and treaties. I am writing to recommend you request a classified briefing, containing full sensitive and protected program
information from your officials on the Government of Canada’s historical and ongoing efforts on analyzing recovered UAP material.
Canada’s Chief Science Advisor has also launched the Sky Canada Project, which is investigating how the Government of Canada manages
UAP reports. They are in the process of identifying key Canadian stakeholder institutions. It is essential the Chief Science Advisor be given full
access to defence programs and be briefed on the collaborative scientific research efforts with our allies. It is imperative the Government of
Canada have a communications plan to respond to these upcoming public revelations that will stem from these American FMPs.
Not only are there national security and aviation safety concerns that need to be addressed, but there will also be a larger debate about why
there is a lack of transparency and accountability regarding UAP programs and policy. I also believe there must be
      Parliamentary oversight of
efforts by government institutions, and responsible Ministers should be fully briefed on this program, including releasable-to-the-public content
that aligns with allied public disclosures.
It is incumbent your department inform you of what collaborative efforts have occurred with our allies and the details of existing Agreements
and Memorandums of Understanding that govern the program and may have been coordinated through Global Affairs. Canada’s credibility with
our allies and the Canadian public must transcend politics and I firmly believe we can work together in a bipartisan manner.
Regardless of the classified details of specific FMPs, the public revelations by these subject matter experts who have testified before Congress
present an opportunity for the Government of Canada to take a visible leadership role in confirming the existence of recovered material and
      balancing our national security obligations.
I look forward to your response and if you seek any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Sincerely, Larry Maguire, MP Brand on-Souris CC:
Hon. Melanie Joly, PC, MP
Hon. Omar Alghabra, PC, MP
Assistant Deputy Minister
      (Science & Technology)

My gf asked me, “what is this?! What are you even watching?!” I rambled off a few descriptive sentences in the attempt to characterize their purpose. She then asked me if SOL stood for the “sh*t outta luck” foundation. I said that it might as well be if we’re talking about the possibility of disclosure under this administration.

    • @SolutionsWithin
      @SolutionsWithin 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

Doesn’t matter which admin it’s under. Govt (military) will NEVER want to admit another organization may be more powerful than themselves. They’ll NEVER want adversaries to know what they’re working on if they’re trying to back engineer; and they will NEVER admit that they were lying and covering up facts all the way back from 80 years ago. NEVER I tell you!

    • @SolutionsWithin
      @SolutionsWithin 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

SOL can talk until they’re blue in the face! That’s why there’s almost no views on these videos too. I hate to be a pessimist, but the low level of interest is bc everyone else knows what I know too. Govt will NEVER reveal about ETs. More than likely ETs can help us rid the need for our world to have capitalism, pollution, destruction of non-renewable resources, health problems and old age, need for oil, and regular transportation, just to name a few. It makes a lot of sense why govt would want to cover that up! I guess it’s catastrophic disclosure or bust! And there’s no really genuine indication that ETs are planing to do that at all either. If they are out there watching us, then they’ve watched some pretty horrific going’s on in this planet and didn’t seem to bat an eye about it. It would mean they stood by and watched ww1, WW2, etc. and more recent stuff like the sitch in ME and half of Canada’s forests burned down last year. I read an article today saying there are STILL 150 of those fires still burning across Canada right now! They are burning in the peat moss UNDER THE SNOW!! Smh. 😮 And the smoke is still affecting people. The arts seemingly are not helping or going to step in. Thing about us, do we want to step in when other countries have self-destructive problems? Nope! So I guess ETs think that way too. Maybe they have a special timeline and will help, but so far nothing. People have their hopes up too high imo unfortunately.

My area of concern from someone who has captured plenty of phenomena on camera, (I’m a professional DP) … is that this topic has exploded in the US in recent years. And some MSM media like FOX, THE HILL, and NEWS NATION has really been putting material out there. Tucker Carlson along with REDACTED has also addressed this on multiple occasions… and consistently. Heck … even the SHAWN RYAN SHOW (million + viewers) has delved DEEP into this subject.
Why is the Canadian Media deafly silent on this topic? It is a barren wasteland when it comes to covering ANYTHING on it.
Can anyone offer an explanation other than they don’t care?
Bc obviously they DO CARE bc they lack the reporting. Who is snuffing these stories and this topic?
So… it leads me to ascertain CANADA is far more involved in this subject than maybe we realize. We are a massive landmass … small population … and it seems there are plenty of places far aflung where prying eyes and nosey investigators cannot reach.

Leave it to the Canadians to approach the UFO topic in a sensible and clear minded way when compared to us, their neighbors to the south. Perhaps Canadians should be the ones to start the ball rolling toward real and meaningful disclosure.
I believe that one way to begin is for there to be a global apology, with the simple and direct explanation, "different times, different people." The issue we're facing today requires more openness, and a serious attitude that leaves humor and the jokes about little green men behind.
Where and which portions of the population should be the first to receive these revelations? Obviously, the scientific community, many of whom are already believers. And in that sense, disclosure has already begun. We just need to pump up the volume.
