Pixies - All I Think About Now

Still can't believe that the Argentine-American Paz Lenchantin, after a decade, is no longer part of the Pixies. I thought she'd be a great fit to replace Kim Deal on bass.
In March 2020, I saw Lenchantin, a former A Perfect Circle, Zwan, and The Entrance Band member, in Melbourne. Lenchantin is enchanting on stage. Nonetheless, Black Francis was pleased to have her around and to give Lenchantin her own show-on tour, she usually performs lead vocals for "Gigantic" and "All I Think About Now." While "Where Is My Mind", though primarily sung by Francis, it features backing vocals that are essential to its haunting and ethereal quality. Lenchantin has provided these backing vocals, contributing to the track's atmospheric presence. Lenchantin also features significant backing vocals on "Debaser" and "Hey".
The song here, "All I Think About Now", from the Pixies' 2016 album 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘳. The idea for the song originated with Lenchantin. She suggested writing a thank you letter to Kim Deal in the form of a song. "Obviously, in the history of the Pixies, Kim Deal is such a big part of this. She's the reason why I'm in the band. She's like a phantom in my heart."
Emma Richardson, formerly of Band of Skulls, is now the Pixies' new bassist. Take care, ms Lenchantin. La la love you.

Well we got both in the discography plus the Breeders. I thought Paz' voice was amazing
