You know, I expected that to be unable to live up to the required level of awesome. I was wrong, so gloriously wrong. That really is a thing of beauty.

I am actually incredibly disappointed that there's no attack with STTGL breaking down into each form of Gurren Lagann, then ending with Simon punching the enemy in the face. Banpresto pls
***** Why would that even happen? They've got Chirico and his Apostles of destruction like Ryoma, Kallen, Hibiki and Noriko for support. TTGL's final battle is a desperate struggle when it's a one-on-one confrontation, it's a vaudevillian comedy when Antispiral gets gang raped and destroyed in one turn by the Apostles. Hawk Magnus Antispiral is the final boss of Z3 and all Gurren Lagann content is finished as of the end of Jigoku-hen.
***** You know you can just watch the anime and you can see the whole original scene in much higher quality than in a video game? And it would be a one-off attack that would only be used once in the game and thus be a complete waste of money and manpower, something they were obviously sorely lacking in the first place if you look at the Full Metal Panic animations.
Can someone please explain how they implement this stage/map in Z3? Like, is the scale so large that all of your other units "disappear" from the map and only TTGL is visible/playable?
Why would the final boss have equal stats to an underling mini-boss type? This is a video game, after all; the characters and mecha have stats, skills and equipment that affect both offensive and defensive capabilities.
No, but you may be locked out of downloading DLC from the JPN PS Store if you link the Vita to an NA account, which is I got the PS3 version, since PS3 supports multiple accounts to a machine.

Considering this is the first part of the two Z3 games, that might be happening in Tengoku-hen. I wouldn't get my hopes up but it's a possibility.
chirico's got you covered on killing him face to face at least

Mostly because I'd love to see the attack animated for SRW.

TENGEN TOPPA GURREN LAGANN! WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK WE ARE?!
I just realized that this is missing the Yoko rifle attack where it forms a sniper rifle the same as yoko and shoots at the anti spiral...
didn't play SRW X yet but i hink SRW X have this too
What surprises me is that the Ultimate GIGA drill Break is actually not the one that did not deal the most damage

Like the Granzeboma has the same toughness as the grunts
