Poachers trespass, kill 8 beloved piglets at Hawaii Country Club

- Members of the Hawaii Country Club in Wahiawa are mourning after they say poachers trespassed onto the property on Tuesday and killed a litter of baby pigs.
This is just weird for a couple reasons. But to keep it really simple, people shouldn't be shooting guns on a golf course.
Golf courses shouldn't take up so much land in Oahu.🤓
Why kill if you aren’t going to eat them? You really gotta be a sick person to go out and take enjoyment from killing everything that moves.
As a hunter, there are rules, laws and etiquettes that we follow, opening fire in or near a golf course is wreck less endangering. Cmon braddahs, be better do better than that

As soon as those pigs started tearing up the course the golfers whining about "wildlife" being killed would be calling for the same pigs'deaths.
Based on the comments, Hawaii also has a public education problem.

I do not agree with hunting in populated areas or killing a peacock ! But They don’t own the pigs and that golf course was established illegally by the Descendants of the overthrow conspirators . This news article might be more helpful by including the information that within 3 years these 7 pigs could become around 540 pigs-which are very destructive to the environment and who have no natural predators. If you give people nonsuperficial information they may see the motivation. Not saying shooting in public is a good idea. Just saying you could use your platform to present a more balanced perspective.

Although cute, they are EXTREMELY damaging to local plants and agriculture. These feral pigs are absolute menaces and are aggressive to humans. They are not as friendly and cute as you may think. Not when they’re ruining the land

So let me get this straight , a group of armed men , enter a country club without permission. Shoot animals on the course , people witness it, record it, then men are not wearing masks , probably drove off in their own trucks. But no one has been arrested 😂
