Isn't real is a trash company with absolutely no customer support and no online videos for how to self repair scooters. Don't recommend them as my nine max pro broke within a month of purchase and they were incredibly unhelpful. More looking for information rather than giving information lol.
I bought this scooter and it seems that it won’t charge all the way. Only 4 of the 5 bars turn green at most even after 12 hours charging. Does yours do this?
