how are the tires as far as puncture ability? my first scooter was a turboant and the tires suck very bad as far as popping tubes at least once a month. and the honeycombs were a pain to put on. so curious how easy it is to replace tubes if you have a puncture and/or how easy it is to get a puncture. have had a hard time finding good scooters with honeycomb/solid tires out of the box

I bought this scooter one month ago and ride it a lot. The front and rear suspension are very very basic (especially the front), the travel of shock is very very short, even a small bump on the road would make rider very uncomfortable when riding at 18mph. I already upgraded the shocks (not easy to upgrade due to the custom built parts). I like the big screen. I can got 28mph on flat road. I got 32 miles of the range without crazy hills. It definitely cannot climb 35% hills as advertised, it can only climb about 12% hills (I weigh 180lb), after all, it's just 800w rear motor powered scooter.
Based on the price, this scooter is good, it has features which normally show up in $1200+ scooters but those features are very very basic (e.g. the suspension) but definitely has problems.
Besides, the company Isinwheel is a Chinese company which has very low customer service quality in United States, don't have high expectation about the service. Not like other brands, Isinwheel is not being discussion too much in forums like Reddit and not reviewed too much in TH-cam.
This scooter has some custom built parts which makes it hard to find equivalent parts to upgrade. I spent big effort to upgrade the front shocks, cannot just simply buy shocks from Amazon and put them onto the scooter. The kickstand is also not standard parts.
Man, as many other reviewers, please do not focus on saying good words on the product you review. Your review is more like advertisement of the product, it doesn't help people to decide buy or not buy this product.

Thank you for your comments, i found them really helpful @linckfoley. I bought one 2 weeks ago from amazon. it is my first E scooter and I find the built quality above average. every thing works, speed and the range is impressive. i am having doubts on the weight. at 24Kg i find it bit heavy. my second worry is the suspensions. I live in Florence and all the streets are old Cobblestones. I feel like it would not last long with these tense shocks. I am thinking of returning it and buying a segway (I believe them to be higher quality). if you have time. could you give me some advice ??

@@ismayilismayilov7665 The suspension is a really concern, this scooter offers a good speed but the suspension cannot support the scooter to run that fast. The suspension needs to be replaced with a better one. To be honest I still like this scooter, I'm not rich, this is the best scooter I can afford at this price level. Which Segway model are you looking at?

I am considering buying this scooter but it's not waterproof! I live in England UK where it always rains, so will have to invest more money for a waterproof one

Do you have to always press the lever on the right to run?

Yes, but you could turn on cruise control which will keep your current speed without having to press it

so if the brakes are no good just say it straight - it is not like brakes are just a beauty thing. it is very hard to get real reviews with negative findings from you guys :( - due to that i made a really bad choice buying a scooter with horrible brakes. oh yes you cannot see the lights because it is daylight -right who needs to see blinking lights and brakes lights during the day - give me a brake
