So impressive - Ryan is in a vid from about 3 years ago talking about what it takes to throw 24m - he hadn't even thrown 23m at the time, now he's got us dreaming of 24m. Personally I'd take 12m :)

Can you guys make a video on how to deal with circle anxiety and being able to compete confidently

Ya fr I had it right before a meet and did terrible, jus focus on nothing go in there with a clear mind and act like you are in practice, I would do warm ups before get loose, play some music, get your mind off of everyone’s opinion. And focus on release the first throw, then the second throw really try if the first one didn’t scratch

Sports visualization helped me go from 10-12th in the state to first. I’d recommend trying it.

@@Tetloff_Throws how did you start doing it and what were the steps you had taken. Like did you get coached, books, get info from others, etc.

@@brysonbodner6468 online has some good information on it, what I did was I went outside and sat by the woods while imagining all the steps of a throw. Entering and exiting the ring, releasing it, I grew more comfortable in the ring and it led to bigger throws.

Training and competing are so different - I actually try to embrace people who stop and stare now, it used to annoy me, now I use it as angry fuel - and sometimes it works. Plus, good practice for Masters meets.

The offcial, patented and copyrighted name is the "Crouser side step Electric slide and shuffle" Line dancers around the world are awating the release of a new country line dance song so they can dance the CSS Electric SS
