Ryan, what you're doing is a rotational glide. What you're trying to do is rotate and power off the back left leg vertically so you can get all the power in the shot you're very close
I learned in high school the taller dudes have the advantage. You can b stronger but still not throw as far if the opponent if they are taller with longer arm reach
Crouser has rehabilitated the shot put. Now when are some current throwers going to do the same in other throws? Time to eclipse the steroid era records.
Nobody is rooting for him more than me. Ive never met him, Im just an old thrower sitting on a couch BUT.....I THINK HE FOULED IT!! Left heel pushed off the outside of the ring out of the back. I hope i'm wrong. I bet he's thrown 24m in training.
Rule 187.14(b): General conditions - throwing events (from a circle) - Any ineffectual touches of the top of the iron band or the ground outside in the back half of the circle during the first circular rotation in throwing events - provided that the touch does not provide any form of leverage or propulsion - will not be considered a foul... In 2018 the rule changed, it is only a foul if he "leverages" the outside the circle concrete, which is pretty much impossible to do with your heel- so the heel touch is not a foul since 2018.
either it is my human eye that deceives me, or either, it does NOT look like Ryan did his max during his WR throw. That dude can throw even beyond 24 meters, even 25 meters probably. Men limits are unknown.
With the Crouser slide🥶
Love this slo mo presentation, didn't realise how high he keeps his first rotating leg, but really just WOW
Oregon boy is a BEAST!! 🤙
Insane! Crouser is incredible!
a perfect throw! - it may not be matched again.
Crazy how he threw 23.23 and was disappointed😂
money only mind
Crouser has completely dominated his sport!
Great record well done and great torque flexibility and movement across the circle 🙂
His average throw was 23.11 meters! Crazy
someday my little girl follow in ur footstep GOD bless

Lol the fact you think that Era is over is the dumbest thing I've heard today
Imagine going 23.23m and immediately being mad with it out of your hand...

It’s always his 4th throw
Looks like someone playing on Olympus
