Hiking & Wild camping in the Forest of Bowland AONB

Here’s our latest wild camping adventure. We were in the beautiful Forest of Bowland National Park. We camped on Fairsnape Fell at 1799ft above sea level. #spendmoretimeinthewild #wildcamp #wildcamping

Yea the area is outstanding, not sure if you know it, but it’s just outside Garstang in Lancashire, it’s only 20 miles or so from us & an area we have hiked a lot, especially over winter, it looks just as stunning in the winter. Good hike up there to your camp mate, looking across to some lovely views, canny set up, always a bonus having a tent with 2 vestibules, that’s why I like my Xmid 1. A wouldn’t worry about subs, likes and comments mate, just do it the way you like it, and if people enjoy and get inspired by it , Great!
