The guy at the piano is Igor Krutoy, who is a fabulously successful musician/composer/producer in Russia. He wrote this song for Dimash and a few other songs. He was kind of retired when he heard Dimash and that was the end of that. You can see him standing up in the crowd at the end of Sinful Passion at Sochi 2018. When he is playing the piano for Dimash, then he wrote it. Mr. Krutoy rearranged his Love Is Like A Dream (Russian) for Dimash and they performed it at the the tribute concert for Alla Pugacheva (first singer) in 2019. It will melt your heart. It has English subtitles if you turn on captions.
Fun Fact: We have a good chance to get to go see him in concert!! Now that he's living in LA and working with the ppl who worked with some of the greatest like Whitney Houston, etc etc etc!! I just found you and I am so glad I did ❤ BTW, that man on the piano is the very famous billionaire composer Igor Krutoy, who after seeing Dimash do 'Sinful Passion' came out of his 25yr retirement JUST to work with Dimash!! 😮🎉❤ As you can see, they're amazing together! I was lucky enough to find Dimash when he did SOS in China on the Singer Competition Show in early 2017! (It was right before his 22nd bday) and I have been following him since! He is the greatest singer in the world 🌎 possibly ever! Back then he had a 6+ octave range and seamlessly switches octaves as well as opera,pop,rock,etc and makes it sound as though it was always supposed to be that way🎉😂😢❤ I heard you say that you had a bad experience with your reaction to his 2nd time doing SOS and I am so very sorry! I doubt it was the Dimash's Dears as he lovingly calls us. As I can honestly say that you are very much a #Dear now as well!!!❤❤❤ Where I was going with his range etc is now he has an 8+ octave range, has sung in 15 languages 😳 😄 and is the most humble, funny, kind, caring, loving and genuine person as well as he is the greatest singer in the world! Ps, he's also an Ambassador for Peace across the world 🌎 🙏 ❤. He has his Master's in composition and classical music and is now (or may have already) going for his PhD in contemporary music 🎶..He speaks about 6 languages now with his English (which has gotten extremely great since the Singer) and he plays about a dozen instruments as well as working on his breath control by swimming 🏊♂️ always has, but now swims with Olympic swimmers. After meeting Jackie Chan in China, they're like best friends and Jackie has taught him martial arts 🥋 as well! In Dimash's culture, it's tradition that the grandparents raise the first born son, so his parents, (who are also musicians) couldn't let him go, they moved his grandparents in with them ❤ As they were like parents to him, his grandmother saw how much he loved music, as she said that he would not go anywhere (even to bed) without all of his cassettes and his cassette player 😅 so at the age of 5yrs old she took him to the most prestigious music school in Aktobe, where he's from in Kazakhstan 🇰🇿 😉 and was accepted immediately 🎉😮❤ They realized quickly that he has perfect pitch 😉, and even though his grandmother at the time had medical issues with her legs, she took him every single morning! I will find the link to when he (fairly recently) won 🏆 at the Emi Gala, he told a short version of what I told you, and then did something absolutely incredible!!! Which I am not going to spoil for you! He now laughs and calls SOS his "calling card", as that performance in China is what literally made him famous overnight literally!! I believe it was around 600million more views than ever before! And he was not only the youngest person to ever be asked to do the competition, he was also the only foreigner to ever be asked to do it as well!! But, he also says that about SOS bc that is how most people either find out about him😂 and what skyrocketed him to put him out here for ppl around the 🌎! I absolutely love your genuinely beautiful reactions ❤️ YOU honestly had me crying with this one, almost like I was hearing it for the first time again!! Bc sweetheart I absolutely balled my eyes out when he did it!! And tbh for me (and tons of other people) whatever languages he's singing/or not knowing what he's saying, has not mattered! Bc of his voice and the way he does his music, He literally grabs your soul and takes you on his journey with him which is completely transcendental for me! With this one, it is like there was a part of my soul that I didn't know was broken and he took that part and fixed/nurtured it! Tbh though, I really really wish you could go back and do the competition performances bc there are many songs on there, that you will never see or hear him do again 😢 😔..and bc ALL of them are absolutely stunningly beautiful 😍 and even if it's a song that you've heard him do, he always switches it up and surprises us every time!! I apologize for the "novel" and yes, I could write about him forever 💙 I need to ask you one favor, please 🙏?? Please don't do the stuff from the shit show they lied to him to get him to do in the USA called "World's Best" and the BS they pulled and treated him, etc etc etc is exactly 💯 why there was never a second season 😮😢and when I say the BS AND THE WAY THEY DID HIM, I (hand to heart) mean that it was 1million% THAT BAD!! And to top it off, made it seem (in the way it was cut up and everything) to the ppl that it was ALL his fault and he "deserved it" and was "using the shit/show" for him to gain US followers! Which was absolutely NOT needed! He did his first concert (only one so far) in NY at the end of 2019, and ppl from 160 countries I believe it was, all came together in NY for that concert! Actually, if you do ever watch those, all I can say is, you will be furious 😠 😡!! But if you're anything like me, you will want to see what happened. Warning; ALL of the performances are extremely butchered, though too! Anyway, I have to go and stop or I'll just not stop 😂😂😂😂😂! And if you ever have any questions, Please Feel Free to Ask!!
