So basically if someone walked into the building wearing pink shoes and they didn't like it then they can print out an A4 sheet of paper saying "No pink shoes" and expect people to abide by it. Who do these idiots think they are making up their own rules from their personal preferences.
Places do weird things like stating no wearing of pyjamas, or no hats, or no tank tops, etc - all just requests, not backed by any law. Private places can do such things, but not public because then they are discriminating. Private places are still discriminating, but their place, their rules.
In 20 years they will be looking back at these videos and saying: "Can't believe in the 2020's they had signs discriminating against Photographers and Videographers. Walking with a camera, no entry."

All the statues you filmed are outstanding; especially the one inside the building belonging to Spencer Perceval who was Prime Minister at the time 11th may 1812 and was shot dead at point blank range by a member of the public. I guess now i have more clarity in regards to the intense security at the Parliament building.
There is no law stopping anyone filming in a public place, so if you are on the streets you can film without asking permission - the Metropolitan Police's own guidelines (adopted by all police forces in Britain) make clear that “police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel”.
I'm still waiting for someone to show me around, the guy was pretending he was on the phone to the police, it is a nice place. One of those bronze statue reminds me of that guy on the phone to the police...!
Northampton council gave £10 million to a football club. That money was stolen by the owners of that football club. The council's finances were so disorganised that they couldn't come up with the money to pay for the wages of rubbish collectors. #Auditing Britain - am I missing something here AB? The (new) sign clearly states "Filming and photography in the *ONE STOP SHOP* is strictly prohibited". It doesn't say anything about not filming in the rest of the building. Now, whether or not it's fair for a private company (i.e. One Stop Shop) to prohibit filming in their area is another matter altogether, but I don't see what it has to do with allowing photography elsewhere?
Genuinely beautiful building wnd space. I am not in the uk, this architecture is vastly different from my country. It’s a shame they make filming difficult. They should be proud of it.
