Over the past 30 years I have been overqualified for every single job I had. I found out BP usually have the degree but are not allowed to get the experience, while Becky without a degree is groomed for a promotion over you. My advice to young people; start your own business. Do not depend on WP to hire you or grant a promotion no matter how qualified you are.

A good friend of mine and I were working at the same office. Our supervisor drove a BMW and was raving about how much she liked the car. My friend was in agreement about the car and her husband went and purchased one for her a couple months later. The day she drove it to the office our Sup mumbled to another co-worker “we are paying her to much”. The hate is real. This guy would always come in the office looking frustrated and when I tell him what I would do to fix or handle a problem, he would take the advice, implement it, and get praise for it from the plant manager. The plant manager would tell me that the guy from day shift had a good idea to increase productivity or whatever, and I would say to myself that I was the one who told this idiot what to do. That happened often until I stopped just giving him advice about anything. Afterwards she even tried to follow me home to see where I live. There something sinister about people always trying to peep over your fence to see what you got.

When the WS on the job start giving you trouble, black people need to study and learn Title VII of the civil rights act. These people could easily be violating your rights and federal law and you should sue. The EEOC is a great way to get the ball rolling. However, it’s very important to document questionable situations, unfair or discriminatory practices, etc. Only report stuff that you know will stick based on facts. That’s the key. And remember, most of the WS get their positions based on nepotism. That’s why so many of them in these positions don’t know nothing and appear dumb because they are definitely clueless.

The US government requires each company that employs (ex:300 employees) to collect data on how many minorities they hire annually. So the companies only need to meet that standard to continue doing business in the US. HOWEVER, they do not keep data on how many minorities they let go of, which allows companies to get away with discrimination. That’s where the EEOC(Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) comes in, if the employee reports it.

I handled my biz at a urinal and then went to wash my hands. Another brother who was in there had come up to the sink next to me to wash his hands. While washing our hands, the dude who was in the stall walked out of it and then proceeded to walk straight out the restroom. He didn't touch one drop of water nor soap.
I said to the brother next to me "Man, that dude just walked out the stall and didn't wash his hands." The brother was like "Man, I'm a truck driver. I see them doing that all the time." Before you ask about the dude from the stall, yes, he's one of them folks.

That ain't nothing!🫥 We're talking about economic Freedom!!! This is one of the things we need to get out of, and that is..... trying to pretend as if somehow, all of a sudden we have gotten soo high and mighty ,and soo arrogant, and soo proud that we can't accept the fact that whether someone washes their hands or not, YOU ARE NO BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE!!! GOD hates pride ... and so do I !

I’m so glad Phil mentioned “The 48 Laws of Power”! I was thinking of this before he mentioned it on this video. It is a worthy read. I also suggest Sun Tzu’s “Art of War” and Niccolo Machiavelli’s “The Prince”. These books give you an insight into the white mind and how it works when competing for power and dominance. All of these books are powerful and worthy reads! I’ve read and reread all of these books and each time I learn or bolster what I’ve already learned. 👍🏾

plus the success of this country is reliant on the subjugation of people, us as a people just so happen to be the people that they subjugate because we are the easiest to target based on our phenotypical appearance…
it’s a universal law in all universes it seems, there must be a loser for a winner, a defeat for a victory, but this is human consciousness operating on 0.003%, and they constructed the entire world based around this small brain level of thinking and understanding…
pray for god to send the transformation we must undergo to arise from this plane of existence as it operates in all that is evil…

Because they don’t want us to get anything that may lead to more than what they have because the last thing they want is to have a black manager or supervisor leading over them making decisions and telling them what to do. In their minds, whites people should always be in positions of leadership. In their minds, a black supervisor or manager goes against their perceived idea of “status quo”. It goes against “the grain”.

around 10 years ago one my good friend on the job, pulled up in a big black Cadilac Escalade EVS man them folks was obsessed with him and his SUV for a couple of years, little did they know, he and his father had 3 barber shop, now back in 2013 I had couple of free passes to a local amusement park, I told a coworker if he came to my house I'll give him the passes for free, when he seen my house he was amazed and told me that I was living better than the majority of the other employes who was making far more money than me, he didn't know my home was a foreclose and I got it with my late mother insurance check for only$50,000 and I am still living in the same house today, and don't get me started about them pocket watching my nephew who was drafted in the NFL and was asking me what he was going to do with all that millions of dollars.

I have noticed that it’s always yt people in HR. This is on purpose. I notice when it’s a black person heading HR it is rarely ever an issue when it comes to discrimination, hiring and firing, but when it’s a YT person in charge it is ALWAYS some damn mess, and 99.9% of the time, it is always a yt woman involved. They are some awful people.

Reminds me of a post on FB I found about a single black dude with NO KIDS who went out to the Philippines and ended up with a single mom. But was preaching as if he found the best woman on earth. Now I'm glad he found love. But was super annoyed that he fit into that stereotype, and made brothers as a collective look bad. But didn't care. Brothers do need to step up their game for sure.

I drove my husband’s BMW to a work function and one of my coworkers would not leave me alone until she could look inside of my car. I was waiting for the valet to bring my car around and she was on me like Velcro. I kept trying to get away from her and she would not leave my side until I got my car and opened the door. She wanted to see the inside sooooo badly. I’m the only black person in our department and the one of two black women in the office. The other one is the receptionist. Being around them is so draining.

When they found out I bought a home they told me they had to let me go for no real apparent reason. Never let them folks no what you have!

Decades back it was dangerous for Black men but especially for dark skinned Black men, to work on certain jobs, and family friend told us that her Grandfather told of horrifying "Accidents" that the Dark skinned Black men kept having, on the job, so her Grandfather started watching and would see the staff, messing with mechanical functions, and sabotaging the area were the Black man would be working that day(they only hired dark skinned black men)....So her Grandfather (who was mixed and very fair skinned, but he loved his black people) and would try to warn the Black men, and told them don't take the job, don't work here, but they accused him of trying to keep them poor, hating on them, and thought he was better than them because he was light skinned etc., and he was the only one who could work there, while others told him nothing going to happen to me, because I know how to "Treat White People" and he told them it's not about you being a good "N" but they're hiring you to delete you, but they still wouldn't listen, thought of him as a uncle tom and traitor... that didn't want them to have a good job, or have a good thing basically, and they all had the same "Accident's" the same way, and nothing was done about it, because the Klan ran the town...She said that sometimes that her Grandfather would sit in his rocking chair, and she would see silent tears streaming down he's face after telling them how they kept deleting the Black men, but they wouldn't listen to him, because he was light skinned(mixed and related to the Wealthiest white family in the town) but like he said he loved his black people, and he was considered Black by white people, the whites called him "darn near white" and he hated it....😢

Im laughing bc my mom experienced all those scenarios 😂 but in the 90s. She even got hate from other black ppl, we’re in Ohio and these ppl suffer from slave mentality. She would’ve loved this, and felt validated. I realized a few ppl I considered friends were really envious, especially the ppl I grew up with.
I was privileged to private schools, out the country trips to visit my family, allowances, paid for vehicles, and an inheritance.
You’re right other black folks are scary, will sell you out, and act like you’re the issue.
Since my mom and son have both passed, I’ve noticed ppl popping up from the past. Wondering and trying to figure out my strength.
I give all glory to God and my ancestors. 🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸
