This one is improved quite a bit from the sun moving towards the earth one! The only tiny nitpick I have on this is the alert likely wouldn't say North Korea is launching the missiles or that "they don't know why". Emergency alerts are for getting information out to people as clearly and concisely as possible. In that scenario, it wouldn't matter if it was North Korea or Liechtenstein that launched the missiles. All that matters what they need to do for protective measures.
