About the video
This video was shot in a single day during the summer of 2013. For the special FX, individual frames of this video were printed out onto over 3,000 sheets of recycled paper. From there, each piece of paper was crushed, shredded, burned, chewed up, spit out, sunburned, sandblasted, scratched, stained, torn and taped. Each sheet was then painstakingly recaptured frame by frame and reinserted into the video, juxtaposed against footage from a Red Epic camera. All the paper used was immediately recycled after post production was completed. Directed by Derek Doublin (vimeo.com/dere...) with the help of Rombu Creative LLC (www.rombu.com/)

Ginger Wildheart (with a little help from Victoria) has gone and make probably the best album of 2013; no doubt about it. He should be regarded as a national fucking treasure!
No matter what Ginger does the quality control is always evident. Top notch, as usual. Someone else said he should be regarded as a national treasure...well, in my house he has been recognised as such for two decades. Ginger is the only artist whose gigs my 21 year old son will accompany me.Says it all.
If this had been shown on MTV during the early 1980s, it would have been a huge hit.

Kerrap missed the boat. They will come around soon but still too late. Ginger is a genius once again. The CD and Black Valentine single are brilliant. Songs that stick inside your head and never leave. Musical bliss!

This is not commercialism. This isn't pop. If it's so poppy, why does it only have 15,000 hits(most of them mine) instead of a few hundred million. No April Wine song or Cheap Trick song or Rush song or Boston song rocked with this kind of energy or pleading. This is groundbreaking and rebellious as evidenced even by the negativity it's receiving. This is contemporary and right now! Take it further!!!!!
