Yes I've always thought that if a young The Warning showed up at your local bar (Dany drinking her cucumber lemonade haha) you'd be impressed and thrilled by the time their gig was over. Or by the time one song was over!

Good vocals and guitar work. That girl on the drums is so awesome. And hey I have much respect for the lil' gal with that bass guitar which is bigger than she is but still handles it and plays like a pro. Very nice indeed. I'm really impressed and glad to see our youth playing the good songs. I can only imagine how proud their parents must be. I know I would. GnR eat your heart out.
This video was the first I had heard of The Warning. After following them for a while the warning is Dani could very well be considered the best female rock vocalist ever. Her voice on Choke and Money are just incredible
Always partial to this song and have to admit this is one a** kickin' performance.
The total fearlessness of Dany to take on a slash solo floors me everytime...
To those not familiar with the band this performance was about 5 years ago or so. They have since put out 2 albums of their own original music; they also recently signed with a major record label, and will soon be releasing their third album.

I grew up in the 80s and 90s and this song is very special to me as anyone who grew up then. It hasn't made me cry in 30 years tho until i heard this. These girls should have been born in 1982. Rock on:)

Wow! What a great sound! The bass is so powerful and deep. the drummer is extremely talented, and of course the vocal and lead guitarist is unbelievable. These girls are genius in music, they play more than an expert. Great band young girls!

Wow! The sound is great. LIttle bassist is so powerful and amazing. of course the leader guitar is super best. But one thing phenomenal is the drummer, she is exceeded all extremely skilled at young at that, the drumming is very steady. My God! This young kids are doing a great rocking music. These kids are extremely performers especially the lead guitarist the leader, they are exceptionally talented.

Golly Gee Willickers!! Somehow I missed this! It's May 29, 2021, and I didn't know they did this song at the Liceo show. Man!!! What a great job! Dany blows my mind!! That solo work is darn near perfect. I'm sure, standing there, hearing it live, one could hardly tell that solo from the original. And she sings while picking!!! I've been playing guitar for 45 years, singing along for 30, and as soon as I stop strumming and begin to pick individual notes, the whole train goes straight off the rails. I can't do it!
She is my musical hero. For real!!
If you want to really be impressed go watch the first number of this set. Dany's mic stand is loose and a roadie (and I think maybe papa eventually) wrestle with it while Dany plays and sings Crazy Train without missing a beat. For a 15yo in front of all of her classmates to not let that fluster her on the opening song, well that did it for me. I'm a fan.
@@mattpujol4787n Thank you, but I know this set inside and out; down to every look on the girls faces, every note played, and every note missed. I just, somehow, did not come across Sweet Child O' mine from this show. It is not one of the more popular and easily found videos from that day.
As far as that mic debacle, that has got to be one of the most frustrating minutes to watch that was ever recorded on video. I can't watch again. Even a dog could have been trained to fix the mic stand to the way Dany wanted it faster than that guy could figure it out.(and he never did!)
That's so funny, Sweet Child O Mine is the first video of The Warning that the TH-cam algorithm showed me. Before that, I'd never heard of them. It took me a while to find the whole set. TH-cam knows I'm a sucker for unique cover versions of songs I like. YT knew of all their cover versions, that's the one that would hook me.

Doing double-duty singing and playing the lead guitar that takes a very special set of skills and talent and to think this song came out before these young ladies were ever born but to hear them keeping the rock alive that is awesome and they did a damn good job

@@mlksmith668 They Just finished a tour in Europe a couple months ago opening for Muse got them there but they played all over are going this summer. They have already sold out multiple venues some twice and they are looking for a 3rd. This visit will include Wacken.
