Fantastic, the simpler and understandable approaches are just the best: faster to iterate, easier entry barrier, etc. For the tech idea behind I mean, these fantastic artistic skills are another topic. Today many try to do ‘hair’ in such a convoluted way via grooming tech, simulations, etc… which I think they have their place and purpose (like Houdini driven hair sims) however for a model like this, this is perfect. An anisotropic hair style shader might enhanced it even more (can’t remember if NomadSculpt has one)
