Sir I have a doubt, first you said that the distance between object and lens should be 1.5times focal length of lens but later on while removing the parallax you put the obj and lens really close to each other.
@@isha4496 yeah..i was thinking the same...untill i read the precautions...try reading that..maybe then u will get an idea......anyways..my practicals starts by April 6
@@pksingh3835 I knew this kind of people will be there who doesn't know anything about the experiment and will say this type of things that they are meeting that's why they will meet.....but you know what you should know the answer......you have the right to know it.....and it's science everything thing has its explanation.....so see let for example while doing this experiment for the first time we observe that we aren't getting the image(let)(all the apparatus are correct and in its correct position)then what will we infer from here that no two rays aren't meeting to give us the image(because we know that atleast two rays should meet each other to form an image).....but we know that a image will form.......but this can't happen(that we will get an image) because we know that rays after traveling through the convex lens is hitting the convex mirror and ofcourse convex mirror is a diverging mirror, it diverges all rays incident on it.....so there is no question of the rays to meet ....so what is happening here? The best possible answer rather the correct answer is as we are getting the image that means two rays are meeting each other somewhere (but as they can't meet because they are incident on diverging i.e. diverging lens).....so we infer that they fall perpendicularly on the convex lens and then retraces their path back and again meet their from where they have started and thus forms an inverted equal size image there(see equal size because they retrace their path back).....and atlast we say that after drawing the rays backward they meet at centre of curvature of the convex mirror because we know that when in case of a concave mirror a ray passes through its c.c it retrace back the same path(since rays fall perpendicularly on the aperture after passing through c.c of a concave mirror that's the reason they retrace their path back because angle of incidence is equals to angle of reflection) similar is the case for convex lens...so the rays meet at centre of curvature of the convex lens.....I think you have understood...and change your attitude ....you can't study science with this kind of an attitude...think logically.....feel it at first.....

Can anyone tell me what is the focal length of the lens and mirror used in the video?
Excellent (y)
Thanks sir
Sir how did you get 80 cm for mirror. It is not explained by you.So explain it. Your method is appriciable .

Sir..i have a doubt..is it okay to alter the position of the lens...to remove parallax?
Dont you think it will be harder to adjust the lens? the needle is easier to approach and move? anyway when do u have practicle?
