Sir, The actual values of u and v which you are funded in observation is not same in graph of u and v. which you are shown the values of u and v are totally different from that. and how the graph show negative value if you funded a positive values of u and v. Plz. Correct that mistakes....!!

All the values for v and u are positive.then how can the Graph be taken on negative axis?
According to sign convention u and v are negetive as distances are measured in opposite direction of incident light
