Mate a bike is a bike, it don’t matter if it’s a 125cc learner bike, 1000cc adventure bike, a super sports bike or a cruiser if you enjoy riding it, it is all good. I am not a fan of the look of cruisers, saying that I agree some look a lot better then others, but I have never ridden one, so I don’t judge people who like them and if we all like the same thing life would be dull. Hope you have a nice time glamping
I did a review on this bike a few weeks ago. I absolutely loved it. Really comfortable and easily in the same league as the big boys at twice the price. You’re lucky having it for a few weeks. MotoGB let me borrow it for the day 😭. Have fun.
Hi Shawn, glad your enjoying the cruiser style bike, a change from being on the adventure bikes. Yes it is different, but hey as we get more mature shall we say abit more comfort is what's needed in my humble opinion. I myself recently changed from my old GSXR 750, to a crap Korean Hyosung ST 7, people can mock but it is all i can afford now being a pensioner, like a comment earlier a bike is a bike and that's my thinking too. Looking forward to the glamping reports, be safe out there guys from Menorca.
Great video clip Tins! Thanks for sharing. I reckon the MBP looks pretty cool (apart from not many luggage fitment options). The fact that is comes standard with a set of Metzeler Cruisetecs is pretty impressive. Would I buy one? No, because there's no dealer in my part of the world, AND... not enough luggage options. Otherwise, I think it's got something to offer. Love the blacked out attire Tins ... the clothes maketh the man :)
What a cool build. Looks great. And cruisers are soo much more than Harleys. I've had a few and my current Victory Cross Roads is awesome. Recommend to try the Honda VTX1800. It's probably the cruiser with the most "sportbike" handling you can get, but with classic looks. Thanks for this video. Can't wait until this is available here in Sweden
Hello and thank you for the great initial presentation! For body height and weight comparison on the MBP C1002V, please be so kind and let me know which is your height and which is your weight. This is because this bike might be an option for me, you seem to get a lot of comfort on this bike, but I am 6.3 ft (192 cm) in height and around 300 pounds (136 kg for now, targeting 240 pounds by the end of the year). Thank you in advance for your kind reply!
Hi shaun, hope you and Faye are well, that looks a nice ride a V twin 1000 cc I bet it is a good ride, you seem to be happy with it, if you like go for it. I hope you both had a good time in Cyprus, we use to stay in Limasol , love it there. So off glampping again is it Bala ? Take care you two catch you soon
Like yourself, I've started to favour cruisers. It's an interesting looking bike. I've booked a test ride shortly & I think you could make this bike a little more old school at minimall price. Maybe take off some of the fairings, add a wrap around & exstended front mudgaurd just some minor changes. New to channel & I like your no flannel, to the point approach.
Great looking bike buddy, I'm heading towards cruisers also but whats with pillion seats on them ? tour with the wife (currently RT1200) looking for lower bike but no comfy pillion seats on cruisers! Interested to see how your Wales trip goes with Faye on the back!!
Looks nice Shawn, you know I have Hardly ultra here in Canada love it it is getting heavy but hwy cruising is awesome for trips. Bought used 2017 gsa last year love it too except loud noise coming from front is very annoying. Harley is go to bike for longer rides for sure. Got gsa for some exploring short cut roads that would never take hog on.
seen one of these in millennium Shaun and was impressed my self for a Chinese bike is it there own engine or are they using someone else 's . was down there in the week collecting trucks for service it's not half changed as you go into Warrington .maple wood still there not been in there for years .be interesting how it goes for you next week glamping in Wales .
Ive been a sports bike/ super naked rider for years. Always liked cruisers tbf, so took the plunge last year and bought a Triumph thunderbird 1600. Absolutely love it and cant see myself on anything else now. I was looking at these in Millennium last week, look the part but there doesnt seem to be any aftermarket parts available for them at the moment. Im also a bit of a badge snob. 🤣
Hi Shaun I loved your video. I now own a Ducati Scrambler Full Throttle. But I'm planning to change it with this. Would you recommend it? I love Ducati but its a bit too small bike. This one however is a beast. I love everything about the bike but I couldn't have much chance to ride it. What would you say? Go for it or keep the Duce?
Ohhh tricky 1 , it turns heads , is supremely comfortable and fast enough ... but if u love the Ducati and aren't gonna ride much maybe not but then again i probably would 🤣🏍
@@TinsonTour I love Ducati, what is not to love, insane weight power ratio. Termignoni cannon, lightweight agile also it is a beauty but... I have heard from 4 or 5 different people that the bike looks a bit small for me. And I agree, maybe the bike is not that small but I'm a big man. lol. I would want to switch to a bike that looks like me :P Thanks for the info! and the nice review video.
OK, google tells me MBP and Keeyway are the same co. and are both sold in Switz. as Keeway, as the network for Keeway scooters has an established name and network here.
Never heard of this bike so immediately assumed it was Chinese and my assumption was correct. It seems this bike comes under the Keeway brand which is owned the Qianjiang Motor Group, which in turn is controlled by the Zhejiang Geely Holding Group since 2015. Zhejiang Geely is one of China's leading automakers and the largest shareholder in Volvo. Geely headquartered are in Hangzhou, Geely Holding today owns and manages a number of brands: Geely Auto, Lynk & Co, ZEEKR, Geometry, Volvo Cars, Polestar, Lotus, London Electric Vehicle Company, Farizon Auto, RADAR AUTO, and Cao Cao Mobility. Anyway, that's what the internet says! Which all boils down to I wouldn't buy it because it's Chinese, for political and humanitarian reasons. Nothing to do with quality.
H-D hired the wrong designers. The MBP looks much better (particularly from the left side). The price is reasonably affordable. The fact that it comes with factory fitted Metzeler Cruisetecs is a virtual discount in itself. Not a bad effort for a first model release. I want one (my but my next ex-wife wouldn't agree to that).
If the Pan America had been a cruiser, it would of broken down by now, if you had watched Freddy Dobbs channel when he was unindated by comments by American ex owners of HD Pan America bikes, say it was the worst HD every produced, electric problems, suspension problems etc.
Real cruisers have proper round clocks with a needle to show how slow you're going..., never an i-pad to distract you from the wonderful scenery during your cruising! However, if I can find this brand in Switz., then i'll defo give it a chance and have a nosey round it! The sound leaves a bit to be desired, it's not meaty eniough, sounds more like an old man trying to clear his throat, other than those two things though, not bad! Just needs a windscreen and sissy bar to finish it off, oh and a new exhaust, plus a round clock..., shite, this is getting expensive, i'm outta here, see ya!
Haha i actually mention the lack of dials on the next vid , the sound is remarkably like my old Afica Twin even though a different configuration... absolutely detest sissy bars though every1 to their own though
@@TinsonTour as i said, the sound! There's a background whistle that sounds like an old man weezing as he breaths. Tick over sounds good though. A sissy bar is better for pullin' the lassies...errm, or so they say! Anyway, where's it from, China?
@@millinutz It's chinese, it's a Keeway brand - it looks like the engine is an inhouse design. Looking around it seems Keeway/MBP are planning to use the same unit in an adventure bike.

A nice looking bike, looking forward to hearing how you get on two up and after a good distance ride.
Yeah actually looking forward to getting away on it 👍
Very nice, looking Bike, looking forward to seeing more of it in the coming weeks
It is a nice looking bike. Will be interesting to see what will be available for accessories, wind screen, bags, exhaust.
Yeah really needs a little tinted fly screen
Interesting bike , look forward to seeing your trip to Anglesey on it , safe riding 🏍️🏍️🏍️
Really switched on with it
Been a cruiser rider for donkeys years love the relaxed style of riding position. Easy on the old back
