It's both surprising and comforting to see a top 500 player with aim as bad as mine. Proof that game sense and team play are just as important if not more, which is exactly what I love about OW.
Oh no gamesense is way more important than aim.
You *need* a certain level of aim to play an FPS, but after that it becomes much less important. Even on a hero like Widow. (She gets value just by existing.)
Yes! I'm very bad at aiming so it's quite motivating to watch this video. Also happy that he can laugh at him mistakes, hehe.
His aim with tanks is still probably waaaaaaaaay better than ours. It's just that they're less aim focused.

0:26 I think it has to do with when and where you jump. Jump up then at the apex shoot straight down I think?
Assuming knockback remains the same on ground and in air, jump would get you slightly higher from the higher starting point. There could also be something to do with the momentum from the jump getting slightly carried.
I haven't played ashe in a while, but I'm pretty sure that the coachgun carries your momentum (i.e. you want to use it while still in the upwards movement of your jump, and definitely before you start to come down)

I'm not top 500 but for all the snipers (widow, ana, ashe, hanzo) I have toggle crouch on bc it's not something ppl think of. A lot of regular sniper nests get better 10 fold when you're able to stay crouched

Junkerqueen Vs Dva - From a logical perspective Dva's barrels are much larger indicating possibly larger caliber or more dense munitions.
Realistically Dva's guns would spread through everything like a long range chain saw. However for balance purpose they clearly made it weal regardless of science or logic.

3:34 Every time I suggest that all tanks besides like the bottom 3 (now 2 after JQ buff) need to be nerfed, nobody seems to understand what seems obvious to me. Like, the whole reason Ball is so difficult to get value out of in OW2 is because you can't leave your team alone with a tank for more than a few seconds without the tank dominating 1v2, even 1v3 matchups at times. Tank is so disproportionally valuable compared to the other roles in OW2.
Well theres only 1 tank for a team, if we had the same tanks from ow 1 then it would be the most useless role, yes some tanks need to be nerfed and others buffed but nerfing all of them cause they do their job is just a bad tank.
You cant play ball how you used to in ow1 ball now you need to dive but still be close enough to your team to peel not go off and staying in their backline like in ow1. Like flats said the rank 1 tank was a ball player. He is still viable but you have to adopt a different playstyle
@@shanetaylor7418 First off, I'm not proposing the same tanks as OW1. Clearly, they needed changes to fit a game where there's no off tank vs main tank. That being said, I don't think a tank needs to be near-unkillable and simultaneously capable of more DPS than the DPS role to function as a tank.
Again, the fact that a tank can 1v2 (in some cases 1v3) non-tanks should strike you as problematic. I think Rein is a great example of how all tanks should've been reworked for OW2. In exchange for some lost kill potential, he received a health buff. Most tanks DID NOT have to trade anything for their health/dmg mit buff.
The mega tanks of OW2 are not healthy for the game. I'm not even calling for them to be gutted. Just brought down to the levels of the weaker tanks. By the way, I wasn't suggesting that Ball is even weak. Rather, if the tank can't leave the frontline for a short time without a single hero rolling his team, that maybe that hero is a bit overpowered.
I love watching Flats, but that "my dps is higher than your peak" comment... bro, you play the game for a living.
