Nice video. Agree G variant is the right choice. However I want to know does the J variant offer power adjustable ORVMs? You did mention it but I doubt J variant has that.
You forgot to mention v variant gets discs on all four wheels when comapared to the G variant which gets 2 disc breaks on the front and 2 drum breaks on the rear... Plz go through the specs sheet thoroughly...
+Amit Kumar It is not that fun to drive and responsive as compared to AT or DCT, you might plan for overtaking at high speed. On hilly terrains it will do the job but you might feel some power lag if driving with all seats occupied.

The G variant gets a 7.0-inch touchscreen unit, lower NVH levels due to the acoustic and vibration control windshield glass, and climate control which improves the in-cabin experience for the driver as well as the chauffeur-driven. It misses out on alloy wheels and the price hike is a lot too but the features on offer are pretty generous here and it's the variant worth buying in our books. The Verna SX certainly packs more features for less. It's Rs 80,000 cheaper and gets 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels (as against 15-inch steel wheels with wheel cap in the Yaris G variant), it gets an additional front tweeter apart from 4 speakers, navigation, cruise control, auto headlamps, LED DRLs and cornering lamps, etc. But the Yaris G ranks better on safety with 7 airbags, start-stop button as well as 60:40 rear split seats. You may also find the Yaris' cabin to be quieter thanks to the acoustic & vibration control glass which helps cuts down cabin noise. For the money, the Verna SX looks tempting purely because of the sheer number of features on offer but if safety is your top priority, then the Yaris G would be better.
i have toyota platinum etios vx(petrol),arai mileage is 16.78 but it returns 19kmpl on highways at speeds 90-120,check the mileage by tankfull to tankfull method only

+Sanjoy Roy Love to help in decision making. :) Here, it depends on your driving requirements. Manual transmissions offer much greater control over the vehicle's driving dynamics. There's really no substitute for the driving experience and level of control over the vehicle that a manual transmission can offer. Apart from it, if you are more like the average driver who simply wants to get from one place to another in the most efficient and comfortable way possible, go with the CVT. Also, don't forget to take a test drive before making a final call.

Even the top variants of its rivals don’t get as many airbags. That said, it misses out on speed-sensing door locks, which could have been integrated given Toyota’s focus on safety. This variant is only advisable if you have a tight budget but have shortlisted the Yaris anyway.
Parth Gangani Toyota hasn't shared the figure but we found it to be adequate during our first drive. With full passenger and luggage load, it scraped only when we went over a really bad speed breaker.
