At 1:20 how does the sprocket slide into place within the holes without damaging what i mean is if the holes and sprockets are mismatched thn it rub for a while before entering the hole on long run wont this damage the gear
QUIEN ME EXPLICA? SALUDOS DESDE MEDELLIN
This gearbox is supposed to by controlled by a ecu Drums are not completely modelated here They need hydraulic pressure to work properly but is a whole new system to be designed
Can't believe people used to design stuff like this with just a pencil, paper, and ruler.
Solid Works is a great tool for designers and CNC machines.
the gears of both shifts are engaged, for example 1 and 2; the clutches are the ones wich change the transmission of troque
this is the best way to explain
Nice sir
nice animation but you must include tutorial effect with explainable parts what you put by series explanation....

How did you mate the shift forks to the shift drum to get them to move along the grooves properly? I am having a huge issue doing this myself.

How did you make the selector shaft? I'm struggling with the grooves.
First, you draw the cam map in a sketch, then you can use the function wrap of soildworks to add or remove material
How many hours it took
Eureka
how about 2000
