The K&M expander is designed to slightly oversize the neck for neck turning. After tuning the neck, your supposed to full length or neck size the brass. Using the expander to neck up your brass is OK because you full length resized. Just letting you know why your necks were a little big.
If you have a tight chamber like I do, a neck sizer is virtually useless IMO. After the 2nd firing wit the case it requires to be FL resized. Never was a fan of neck sizers.
