This house is like everything Nigeria. Shining on the outside but the inside is terrible. No proper planing and too much ahyhowness. The maid room/ guest room has toilet in the living room. The cinem and home office shouldn't be on the pent floor but ground floor and none of the rooms should have wardrobes, they are big enough for small walk in close which should be by the restroom entrance. I do hope that iverter is solar powered and not charged by PHCN Who ever is going to buy that building for that amount should be ready to knock down some walls and remodel it

There is no air vent in your secret bunker. If you have to be there for long , you would use up the oxygen in it. And you wouldn’t have told the world where the secret bunker is. Just show the room.
Showing the secret bunker wasn’t even the problem. Showing the way to the secret bunker was the problem. I’d like to call it a hidden room and not a bunker. I was expecting to see a reinforced steel door, hear that the bunker is surrounded with reinforced concrete to prevent breaking in, and probably hear that once locked from the inside, it can only be opened from the inside. Only to see a wooden door. Aside that, the house looks really large and beautiful.
