~ 3:45 - yes he did make seven steps but several of them were sideways. I thought Austin Healey would've known that.
Well, more importantly, Itoje made no attempt to retreat. If what Itoje did was legal, then the 10m gap is pointless. You'd just have to wait 5m from the mark until the attacking side reached you. THAT is what Healey should have known. Itoje needed to keep retreating until Wiese ran 5m, then he can stop retreating and is put onside.
Never underestimate austin healey, speaks pure waffle
Came here to see if I was missing something. Who cares about the steps if the entire defensive line fails to retreat 10?
None of the Sarries players retreated to the line as they had to, despite having enough time to do so, and Itoje happened to be the one who made the tackle. Any one of them would have been binned for a tackle there.
@@tsoiboy4073 Yep, a professional foul - and he deservedly got caught and paid the price. I was more on about Healey who was just making a big deal about the 7 steps but choosing not to notice that they weren't all forward and that Wiese had only carried a couple of metres.
Tigers pack monstered sarries at scrum time. Well done lads!
All their starting front row out but sure
@@jakeclough8090regardless of who’s starting, they got dominated … BOOOOOOM 😂😂😂
You can only beat those on the pitch .
Doesn't matter how many steps he took Healey, Itoje was never onside before tackling.
Thought that the first half was an even game but second half Tigers really turned the screw on us and last quarter we really struggled...we are in for a hammering at Bordeaux next week
Finn Theobald-Thomas…. Remember the name… great smash on faz
Go Tigers 🐅
As a Welshman, I can't help but notice there seems to always be an uncosiouss biest against Leicester. Whever they do anything they get minimal credit from commentators and premiership rugby
The rest of the premiership don’t quite like Leicester
Your not the only one to notice, the worst part is healey and kay played for tigers. And its always a mistake from the opponents instead of good work by tigers
@@DSAJW256 too successful
@@Jeffisawesome536 that isn’t why it is because they play boring rugby and they are northern
Because they just play meat and taters rugby.
The better team on the day got their deserved victory. Tigers were truly up for the game and were fierce at the breakdown and dominant in the forward battle.
Owen Farrell seemed to be carrying a knock from the start and seemed to wince from pain whenever he kicked the ball.
I thought the ref had a shocking game tbh. Got many decisions wrong and got absolutely no assistance from the touch judges who got many things wrong, missed infringements, such as pulling a Tigers maul down in the first half when inside the Sarries 22.
I think with better officiating Tigers could have earned a bonus point victory. However, given I thought Tigers could have been in for a hiding before the game started, I am more than happy to get a well deserved win and more than anything, I was delighted with the intensity Tigers played with for the entire game. Our scrambling defence was magnificent. Well done Tigers 🔥👍👏👏🐯
Saracens scrum got mangled
How is that a harsh yellow for Itoje? The rule is clear and Itoje didn't abide by it.
Pissed off as a Sarries fan as we look like a team in decline this season as well as the news of Faz leaving but think a real squad refresh would do us good as if it's working for Chiefs then imagine what we could be able to achieve in a short space of time...
The broadcasters should stop spoiling other matches that are going on at the same time.
I like to watch all the matches.
Today i'm watching back Leicester vs Saracens and now i don't have to watch Exeter vs Northampton anymore because the broadcast showed all the tries.
I'm gonna spam this message.
There could have been a red card right at the end If the Leicester had not kicked out the ball. Munipola was fairly sheepish as he stood up.
another sarries loss, mmmmmmmmmmmmm i bloody love it. hopefully they end up in 9th by the end of the season!!
This is the most hilarious comment ever 😂
We’ll still win the whole thing don’t you worry
the taste of your salty tears are amazing on my pasta@@jakeclough8090
Jealousy is not a healthy trait in life mate
They will somehow find a way of winning the whole thing
I don’t understand with Kelly’s disallowed try. There was a reasonable doubt as to whether he had grounded it or he was held up. You could see the tip of the ball below his arm as he was going to ground. As the on-field decision was a try why wasn’t it awarded ?
That was definitely a try tbf
His arm was clearly under it the whole time
@@DSAJW256no it wasn’t mate 😂
How do people actually think that was a try??? 😂😂😂
@@ayewgueye006 by having eyes
We will bounce back sarries ⚫🔴
Good highlights apart from Austin bloody Healey
Well whats clear from this is its all Owen Farrells fault, the whole loss was his fault and nothing to do with Tigers pack, injuries to Sarries player.
The newspapers said so. much be true
Yes because your mum completely knackered him out the night before. Faz had to get Maro involved in the end.
Im glad Leicester has won but I think that the referee was too harsh with the sin bin on Itoje. He is not going forwards it is a different direction even if he takes 7 steps.
What is Austin even on about with the yellow card?
He waffles so much
I pray to god that Owen Farrell stays in England 🙏
So do I. We can’t have him go to racing 92 as Arundell went there to escape him and Borthwick. If I was Arundell I’d be pissed. At the moment he’s seeing the ball and it’ll be kick and clap time once Farrell arrives.
Could his ocean -sized ego handle being on the same team as Kolisi?
thats how we feel about most of our players but you guys always take them
I said when sarries lost at home to saints that sarries dont look the same. I got pelters for it.
Since then theyve lost 3 of their last 5. Only beating strugglers Connacht and newcastle.
Something's rotten in the state of denmark.
Theyre lucky the league is the way it is without a breakaway group.
This demonstrates everything wrong with English rugby. Lets build forwards that want to scrummage, not a group of wannabe centers!
Why the gay flags?! Unsubscribed.
