New info: The first from SAJB to be seen on youtube soloing the bari was Irene Reig, 2010/11, th-cam.com/video/w2JZabBzwxk/w-d-xo.html
Alba was mentioned, by name, for baritone sax, in the Essentially Ellington Competition for 2020. (The SAJB had a few winners in this, check it out.)
