Norway is so beautiful. I remember sitting on a hill watching the midnight sun when all of a sudden a tribe of reindeer joined us. A very special moment.
No doubt about it “Flying the Nest” is such a unique, invigorating, family oriented, educational and downright fantastic YT channel that is so deserving of International and Nation recognition, thank you so much guys for bringing joy to our dull world, we are very grateful for what you do for all of us on YT. God Bless, safe travels and see you next episode 😇🙏👍😍✈️🇦🇺⛵️
Lol your video made me think of my son (6)and his sister (4)r. Both adopted from Ethiopia where the sun settle around 18.00 and sun goes up 06.00. They both come to Norway in the start of July, one of then lightest time of the year. He couldn't understand why he had to get to bed around 19 -20.00 o'clock. And then he woke up 04.00 in the morning. It was a hard month. Now he is 15 and sleep like a log😂 The bun with coconut is called "skolebolle" - school bun. All the kids love them. Some of the birds you saw was "flaggspett" (the wood pecker - english The great spotted woodpecker) and the little one with red chest was a dompap - Eurasian bullfinch. Last one you don't see very often.
As I watched this episode I was thinking about all the unique places and sites that the kids won’t really remember…and I had a thought …. I could imagine in about 20 years a TH-cam channel of Hunter and Koa going back to all these places they were as kids but don’t recall. They could show clips of themselves little and then go as young adults. I hope that happens 😁 if I’m still around I’d watch for sure. Thanks as always for helping us explore the world 🥰
Awww Family life, this is amazing you can just see all the neurons connecting with sparks of excitement in hunters head. She's taking in everything , what a great experience for the kids. It reminds me of when my two older kids were that young and we used to go on trips. Now there are 10 and 12 !
@@flyingthenestit’s definitely hard to get used to the summer nights in Norway. When we visited my dad’s home ( it’s on an island north of Norway, near Nesna. We got to experience the midnight sun. Funny thing is most Norwegians only have light curtains, I would definitely need blockout curtains

I love all of your videos, they are amazing quality and very informative. The only issue is I wish there was more segments with your destination and less of the kids, even though they are cute.
If you come to Oslo let me know! Happy to show you around and give you some insider tips that could make for interesting vid content :).
