Great video , new subscribers here. I’m lived here in Vero my whole life. It’s definitely a “snow bird” town, with lots of money on the beachside. Lots of celebrities live here. That Costa d’ Este is owned by Gloria Estefan. I work at the Ocean Grill lots of history from that building. Your right, it’s a lot of country that surrounds “town”. A lot of old prominent names of Vero live and are from “out that way”. Thanks for showing our town

Great presentation Tim, Yes Vero beach is a nice town. Currently our Downtown is a-bit of a let down. I must say 1420 Coffee House down town is pure gold. Vero Beach has the potential to be great, hopefully we won’t be stunted by fear and a lack of imagination Hoping for the day we can be known for as Vivacious Vero!

I live in Vero Beach and when you go downtown on a Sunday, the businesses are closed. A lot of businesses are closed on Sunday, which it appears as though you did.
This was a Saturday afternoon. But thank you for sharing that.
@@TIMJMEANSBUSINESS How hot was it? If you filmed this recently in the broiling summer months, most folks are going to be inside under A/C. A lot of the active businesses are on rte 1 or rte 60. That shot at the very end was of the water tower by Home Depot, where most of the businesses are located. But Vero is a quiet town. Did you notice all the machinery out in "the country"? It is being gobbled up for development. Real Estate prices are going up by the minute. Thousand people a day moving to FL, so they have to live somewhere. Vero will soon be a thing of the past.
@@TubeTorte There were a lot of people out at Vero Beach. When I got back into the car, you could see I was drenched. You're right, I mentioned in the video how Vero Beach is growing and even shared the growth rate. Thanks for the info! If people are into nightlife or any type of fun, Vero Beach is NOT for you. The city gives you the bare minimum of entertainment. Now, if you enjoy watching cows ...

I dont think this video gives an accurate picture at all. There is a reason that Vero has the highest population of retired CEO's in the country. The video makes it look like a dump for old people. There is a vibrant art, theater and culture scene, as well as so many very beautiful locations not evident here. But thats ok with me. I hope to retire there one day soon, and I kind of like this video, it won't attract more people!
You're right; the video doesn't gives an accurate picture because it gives an accurate clear 4K Video showcase of Vero Beach, providing 100% factual information about the area. It covers some of the main spots but not the neighborhoods. Vero Beach does have some beautiful homes. I didn’t include footage of the mall, which is 80% abandoned. Thanks for watching!
By and large this is a town for retired people. There is very little family entertainment and very few new businesses come here.

I agree. It was probably filmed on a Sunday at 5pm. That's the only time I ever see downtown like this. Seems like he came with an agenda for some reason. We need someone who actually lives here and knows what they are talking about to make a video as opposed to spitting out a bunch of Google facts.
Looks like this was filmed in off-season.. Not so many people.. And we do have local music here every night of the week which you failed to report..
