If i Have to buy a used one, which is better in your opinion HP m607 or HP 602dn for demestic use

602's are getting old. If I had to buy one of the 2 right now, I would get the 607. If you are printing Checks, get an M605. It should be cheaper than the 607 used/refurbished, but they print MICR better.

Yes the M608 is the direct replacement for a M605 though I like the engine in the M605 better. These new M607/8/9 series are using a new style engine, I think it's their own design where previous models used Canon engines. These just feel like they might not hold up as well but time will tell I guess.
