    at 6:30 you said that adding supports would make everything supported. you can just make a cube in cura where no support should be placed. should also work in pruca.

    hey man, what's your thoughts about "glow in the dark" filaments? do their glow last a good amount of time? I was thinking about getting some but didnt find many reviews about

    • @sarahcase9872
      @sarahcase9872 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Glow in the dark filaments tend to last differently depending on the brand/quality so best to look into individual reviews. Be warned before starting to print those, they have a hugely negative toll on your extruder gears and nozzle. The compounds used to make them glow are extremely abrasive, often more than carbon or glass fibres. You can definitely achieve success with them, but look into others' experiences and upgrade your nozzle to a hardened one as necessary. Good luck!

      I made a glow in the dark wall mount for my PS5 controller and just from daylight exposure it glows pretty steadily at night. It's really cool!

      The glow time depends how much light it will absorb. I used Filalab glow in dark filament. I haven't tried others so I can't say if it is better than others, but it seems to be glowing nicely.

    How to make the perfect timelapse? 👍Please tell me

    • @ImNotPalmer

      It’s a software where I think every layer, the nozzle moves out of the way to take a pic, then it prints the next layer and repeats.

    • @finna9111
      @finna9111 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think it’s octoprint. You can usually tell by where the nozzle parks for the photo

      @3DPrintsBuilds  ปีที่แล้ว

      You can use Octoprint.
