@@Laurabello-i8t I loved it. The first assignments will be super basic, but there are also going to be some challenging ones. I learned so much! some of of my favorite things was making a multilayered cake with aquafaba buttercream, seitan and a gumbo.... I was challenged by the vegan sushi. He made 3 different kinds. I couldn't eat any of them because I don't like seaweed, but they turned out beautiful and I was able to give them to somebody that likes sushi. He loved them. You are going to be amazed.
