I mean, they can't risk another civilian getting in the line of fire, but yeah, I see your point. On the other hand, I don't know if Rhino would dare attack a child, I mean, it's a very brave move on the kid's part, but if Spider-man hadn't shown up, things could have ended very badly (again I don't know if Rhino would dare do that).
