OpenBVE Wacky - PTA PLT-4 Classic FAS Train (Round Trip & TFO Railfanning)

PTA PLT-4 Classic FAS train, full round trip run between Franklin Avenue and Prospect Park with TFO Railfanning included at the end.
Only Railfanning is featured due to the lack of a detailed interior. The standard consist of the PLT-4 is 10, and has been changed with the Utility Set Car Changer tool. It is unknown if it will snow this season, but hopefully it will at least once.
As aforementioned in a community post, all new & existing video must have a high number of views (minimum 900 to 1,000 or more). Otherwise there will be less uploads and the burnout will increase.
