This gets me even more confused. From my understanding reading the official immi website one must have fund even though with job offer and LMIA. Unless under certain criteria or program like have previous experience working in Canada.

Hello Mark, My bank is not willing to provide me with any letter stating the information required by IRCC, they say that it is not necessary since I have all the information I need on my online account. Therefore I have the option of printing my Bank Statements from my internet banking access and send it with a letter of explanation. The amount of money is not a problem and I have no debts. My question is whether I should translate my bank statements or not to upload it to Express Entry profile and, if I have to translate it, if it would be necessary to translate all the content of it or just the balance (the bank statement can be very long each month). Could you help me with it?

Can the proof of funds be a combination of both gift deed and bank balance. In my friend's case the bank balance is not sufficient to cross the minimum amount required for the Canadian Immigration. So, to cross the minimum requirement he is planning to make a gift deed. Both gift deed and the bank balance would still be less than the minimum requirement but their sum would be greater. Will this method to proof funds be acceptable?

I recommend that you have the funds in your account for 6 months and that your bank letter recognizes this. However, it is not a strict rule provided you can demonstrate the funds are truly yours for the purposes of settling and not a loan.

About 13000$ CAD for 1 person( i. e yourself) in Bank.. Money should be yours, no loans or debt money. You also need around 1-2000 $ for immigration expenses like paying provinces fees etc , medical, biometrics fees etc. Make sure you keep some extra money around 2000$ CAD because there might be some other expenses when you reach there, like paying rent, food for first month and other basic expenses. Having around 1 lac rupees per month in Canada is good for an individual. It's like earning 25000-30000 in city like NEW Delhi

Do (car) loans cancel / subtract from savings accounts. Do Roth IRAs and IRAs count towards the required funds.

Absolutely. You just need to ensure that the gift deed clearly indicates that the funds are irrevocable.
