Not every pore can be addressed when almost every pore is affected and I appreciate her fast and thorough process. She is one of the few technicians that will most consistently squeeze a blemish. This is great.
I agree that sometimes she seems to be in a hurry and I do find that very stressful. This pop, however, was perfect. I watch a lot of different people doing acne care from different parts of the world, and I always come back to Thuy.

It’s not a stab. It’s a tiny opening of the tougher top. If you don’t do that, it often bursts underneath spreading the infection to other pores. Do you have any idea how tiny that needle is? Remember how tiny those blackheads were before the extreme magnification?
I thought I was the only sadistic one liking the blackheads along the lip line. They are painful but I feel like jumping through the screen to help pop those bad boys 😁🤩

Yes, please! After washing, please! Also, one quick suggestion: there is no need to keep squeezing once the white pus is all out, and it just oozes blood! Do not squeeze blood. Clean the area and pore and let it heal !
@@dorleedee7702 I agree. You can see when the bacteria has come out so there is no need to continue squeezing out blood and squirting it everywhere. I’ve never seen the clients faces cleaned.
I notice in a lot of these videos that the patients have really dry skin, which is ironically why they have soo many clogged pores. When your skin is super dry, your body tries to compensate for it by producing extra sebum(oil) which then creates more blackheads and pimples. They need a good regimen along with the extractions.
I think the skin on clients with lots of inflamed acne appears dry because it is shedding it's top layers a lot in places. If you look carefully its not actually dry where its not at all inflamed. This is part of the skins attempt to heal, as infact is the inflammation, but it can't heal until what is causing the inflammation is removed, both infection & the plugs of sebum/keratin
Two things on this, there is the Agent Orange issue (remaining components of it are known to exacerbate ance, amongst other health issues), plus spas like Sac Dep do work with local doctors, so it 8s possible more severe cases have medications, and come to the spa to have the actual extractions done.

I wonder if it is possible the clients are using something on their faces leading up to the extraction session that makes their skin look that way?

I think a lot of these clients are on anti acne meds that dies the skin out massively ( the the lips if you notice )
