Hi Mike, when someone has knee osteoarthritis (say his right knee but the left knee its fine). I suppose you have a exercise protocol for the right knee. Can you do the same protocol for the left knee (the no problem knee) and why ?
    Thank you

You mentioned FMS and squatting and a question came to mind, just curious on you opinion. FMS lifts the heel but puts every client into a hipwide stance and measures them that way. Now a lot of articles talk about how different hip types require different stances for an optimal squat. Why do you think FMS recruits only one stance in the test and do you think it's accurate that way? Thanks!

If a person has weak feet shouldn't their feet get strength work? Barefoot or close to it, athlete or not? Barefoot goblet squat maybe, deadlift and single leg stuff would be great!
