- I'm Cassie, one half of the DIY sisters! Thank you so much for joining me on my thrifting adventure in Brooklyn. Obviously, there are many many more thrift shops in Brooklyn, but I stuck to the downtown Brooklyn area.

The butter thingy with the hole in it is for a butter churn. It's the lid. Pole fits thru the hole.
Great video-thanks! A tea kettle goes on the stove top to heat water. The teapot, usually ceramic, is for holding the tea leaves and boiling water to steep the tea.
OMG! 😱 You're attracted to the same kind of junk that I am! Old books (printed before 1950), wood furniture and knickknacks with interesting shapes. I'm in the process of purging my home but would still love to see you do a little thrift-flipping to give me some ideas (for the junk I can't part with...yet). 🎨👩🎨🖌
I think that butter dish goes on top of a churn
i would have paid full price for the pepper grinder! 😏
I know right?! So good.
The clock may not be broken. The pendulum can be removed for travel and then reattached.
Oh yes yes, good point!
I have a request. Can you please DIY the ridiculously expensive Menu Interconnect Candle Holder?
I know you guys can do it! Please.🙏
Oh my gosh I just watched that movie actually! But I don’t remember the candlestick. Do you have a picture?
