Recipe 893:Navaratri (Day 3)

The third day of Navratri is going to be celebrated tomorrow i.e., on October 5, 2024. This is one of the most significant day to honour Maa Chandraghanta, who is the third form of Maa Durga.
Given below is the Ingredient list for the recipes prepared as Neivedhyam :
#Poori_Payasam
Milk- 1 ltr
Saffron few strings
Poori 6 to 8 nos
Milk Maid
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Cashew Nuts - 10 to 12 nos
Chironji seeds - 1 tsp
#Ellu_Sadham
Sesame Seeds - 2 tbsp
Urad Dal - 2 tbsp
Dry Chilli - 4 nos
Sesame Oil 4 to 5 spoon
Mustard - 1/4 spoon
Urad Dal - 1 spoon
Curry Leaves
Cashew Nuts - 5 to 6 nos
Boiled Rice
Salt - 1/2 tsp

Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp
Dry Chilli - 3 nos
Asafoetida Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp

Namaskaaram. All your recipes are super duper, however it’s tooo rich, ghee , oil , nuts…. They turn out well only in the proportion you tell I guess. However I guess it’s not medically permitted to be so indulgent. I do try out many of your recipes.., Enjoyed today’s story and music. Thanks. Do post some light recipes too…
