Apply oil to the oil filter gasket or else it will melt and stick to the engine. If that happens it will be a pain to take that out
Use 0w20 oil only in nexon diesel bs6, oil thickens because of carbon soot created by engine combustion.dont use high viscosity oil.There is a reason for manufacturer s recommendation.
Pls correct your information. Recommended is what you have to use. You can always use better oil. 0w20 is bcoz now oil film is better but that doesnt mean 5w40 will harm engine. 5w40 is better grade.
@@iamMohitMalik Stop spreading misinformation, there is nothing called a better grade, if an engine is made to run a thinner oil you should run a thinner oil inside it 🤣, At best 0w30 ACEA C3 will work, Using 5w40 in an engine like that will make it a rock in the long term
rahi baat car ke chalne ki toh pehle bs6 ke tata bhi heavy oil hi dalta thaa same engine pe par kuch adjustments ke baad thinner oil hi sahi hai aaj ki aane wali gadi pe, nayi Hyperion GDI jo curvv aayi hai usme yahi cheeej karlo bhai, engine phatke haaathme aa jayega 😂😂, Rahi baat meri car 18 saaal se aaj tak chal rahi koi fark nahi hai, aur padega bhi nahi kahe ki sab sahi cheeejo pe chali hai
Low quality engine oil and products used, whatever you do, doesn't count towards an increment in vehicle's life

Engine flush should done after 1 lac km. Flushing will damage ur engine at 46 k
I have driven 1.5lakh kms now. No issues. Other nexon has done 80k kms no issues. Engine flush is at every 10k kms.
Instead of this Lionnoil snake oil you should've used amsoil if you needed the best, rest assured it is your car, you can ruin it. Glad that it's the diesel nexon that's why it's still running
Amsoil ?? Hahaha. You dont know which oil is this. This is OE supplier oil of BMW, lexus, chrysler, etc brands outside india. Api sn grade. Ye oil pe car 5 lakh kms chala di h. Tumne 18 saal me kitni chalai h ?
@@iamMohitMalik Even Mobil,Castrol,Zic,Idemitsu Supply oils for Bmw,Merc,Tata and a lot of brands, doesn't mean they'll be the best out there and if you think this is better than amsoil then you need help 😂

@@iamMohitMalik aur API SN grade nahi specification hoti hai bhaijaan, galat oil daloge phir wahi reply doge, Mercedes ka OE oil supplier toh waise Mobil hai aur usme woh Group 4 oil dalke deta hai, group 4 bhi batadu agar toh full synthetic oils ko kehte hai, amsoil wahi hota hai, ye jo daaale ho ye group 3 bhi na ho dhang se

0w20 is or 0w30 is what people prefer but you can always put 5w40 in that
What's recommended grade, if it's 0W20 then go for Amsoil Signature series 0W20, if you can't source that then go for Magnatec stop start 0w20 or mobil super all in one 0w20

Haan. Engine flush use karo. Car ki engine sound kam hojaegi and smooth engine run karega. So mileage b badh jaegi

Why you using 5W40 instead of 5W30? Recommended grade in nexon manual is Castrol 5W30 Bro
It is recommended. I am using much much better oil.
5w40 is fully synthetic and is much better than castrol. Castrol edge is only good oil rest all products from castrol are useless. Castrol edge costs 5400 for 4 ltrs

I bought Castrol 5w30 magnetec stop start . 5 litres. Rs 2300 sth
5w40 is better. Use it. Our conditions are harsh. So 5w40 works better

Grade is recommended. I used better grade. And i used dipstick to measure as i used engine oil additive too.
@@iamMohitMalik simple hai. Engine oil ko 300ml kam dalo. If ur additive oil is 200ml. It will compensate ur 3.5l.

Check previous videos. Even in this video the last part shows how you can clean your air filter. For AC filter will make a video as ac filter is plastic type so it doesnt get dirty that easily.

Yes fully synthetic can be used in both petrol and diesel

I changed the timing belt recently at 56000 kms with bearing too

Grade determines Viscosity oil hasand temperature under which it can be fine... If grade had anything to do with quality then everyone wud use high grade oil and not follow company norms ...
Change the engine oil grade in VW skoda cars and you find your engine almost dead in a year.....
Company suggests oil grade based on parts used... Rest apki marzi 🌝
@Auwaise it doesnt work like that. It all depends on how good your oil film is created. 5w40 is not thick oil. Instead of reading on google just try it. You will notice the difference. Same oil i have used for 1 lakh kms and engine is healthy as a new car. Gives 25kmpl mileage in local.
Sab kuch theek hai but 25km kaise aaya .. i dont cross 18kmpl
@Auwaise multiple factors. Where oil plays important role. Other nexon owners who are using this oil also getting 23kmpl
