Yes there are jobs but with less compensation. And as a fresher there is no shame in going for less salary. in the inital stage all what should matter is your experience ad knowledge. But you can keep updating your portfolio and apply for higher job roles. If the recruiter find what he is looking for in you. then you will receive the desired salary as well.
You can but. learn only figma and basic photoshop to edit some images or creating some illustrations. But to be a good ux designer focus on problem solving. all the other stuff is secondary.
