JTPl residents are in great danger because of no basic facilities are yin this society by the builders …
Electricity failure, water logging, no proper drainage system, roads are washed away. Every where u can see water logging on roads can’t move out , day today life has become worse here.
Inspite of that builders are still doing construction in high speed by using residents electricity & water supply by illegal means and not paying any bills for water and electricity used by them for the purpose of constructions.
Now it’s high time for Punjab govt and administration to take immediate action and do something for the betterment of JTPl residents who are affected severely

MC should intervene and take the control. Otherwise it is very difficult to live here. It’s just the beginning of rainy season and people are suffering a lot. Sewerage, drainage and electricity system are totally failed.

MC should intervene. Residents da bura haal hai... Urbanization de naam te jo lut kho promoters and builders walon kitiyan ja raiyan ne ..Eh usdi ik misaal hai JTPL City. Bhagwant Mann sir tusi sarkar walon sadiyan problem nu suno te ihna da hal Karwao. Main aas krda haa ki tuhade walon is te Amal kita jayega te jaldi hi koi action liya jayega. 600 familes walon tuhade age guhar hai.. Administration nu jaldi karwayi de nirdesh dite Jaan.

JTPL City: ਲਾਂਡਰਾਂ-ਖਰੜ ਰੋਡ (Landran-Kharar Road) ਉੱਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਸੁਸਾਇਟੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਜੇਟੀਪੀਐਲ ਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਨਰਕ ਭਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਜਿਊਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹਨ। ਥੋੜ੍ਹੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਮੀਂਹ ਪੈਣ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਲੋਨੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੁੱਬ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਨਿਕਾਸ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਾਣੀ ਕਈ-ਕਈ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਰੁਕਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸੁਸਾਇਟੀ ਦੇ 700 ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਾੜੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਦੁਖੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਵੀ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਪਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਸਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਈ।

Residents have paid EDC,IDC,IFMS charges and I am sure that must be deposited with MC,why those afunda are not being used for development of Township.Reaidenta wants to know how much is that amount which is lying with MC.Why is administration not coming into action.Residents wants to leave in clean environment which is our fundamental right granted to us by our constitution.Wud request administration to help us.
