What percentage loss are you looking for and could you just dry them by hanging under a verandah?

Thanks. It usually takes between 20-24 and up to 30 hours to dry cones depending on amount of cones, cone density, ambient humidity, etc.

So if I have 100 g of hops in a large milk crate and the temperature is 70° Fahrenheit in my basement and running the dehumidifier at 55% how long would it take for the Hobbs to dry. My guess will be 4 days?.

I would think that you need to try to run dehumidifier much lower if possible. You want to try to dry them asap without burning the oils to prevent them from degrading.

@@hopsworld8201 I'm in Massachusetts and last year I waited to long to pick them and the leafs turned brown. I also discovered the plant last year as well haha. Didn't know it was there till I noticed the hops.
