What if I already used a page for the theme (Events) and it's build up with a global widget; however, I would like to customizes the countdown time regarding the events schedule. How could it possible that to change a global widget from a theme, in the customized event?

Thanks for the info. Quick and to the point. I liked how you added timestamps, though I think it'd be great if you started immediately at timestamp 3 for your hook so we know exactly what you're going to do in the beginning.

Thank you! Wondering if I'm able to unlink a global widget to edit, then connect it back to global. Eg, I want to attach a link to text in the widget on only one page, but I still want it to be a part of the global in case I want to change font size/color/spacing on that widget on all pages in the future.

When I right click on mine the only option is Save As Template.

What do you do if you want to save a whole column?
