Justice for Deyanna Davis

The family of Deyanna Davis says she accidentally hit 2 police officers with a vehicle after she found herself in the middle of chaos. Davis was said to be attending a gathering for her deceased mother in law and was not a part of any protest. Family suggests Davis was shot even before encountering police and then shot again. She was shot at total of 8 times including in her abdomen. . Within 24 hours she was transferred from ECMC to the Erie County Holding Center. Her family states she is not receiving proper care after having surgery and is being held as a political prisoner.
