I love these type of roleplays with brochures and such. And you have such great tone and pace. And I love how your pitch goes up at the end of some of the phrases. Whatever you do. Never EVER buy pebble tek pool flooring. Just get the smooth floor option. I constantly get scrapes and injuries whenever I enter the sharp, razor like floors of some pool surfaces.

I think you could do a cool video with that white board, or just drawing in general. Or maybe not drawing but visual riddles or something that involves writing and visual components? Just some ideas!
