I’d kiss this stunning bird too if I had the chance. He seems a more gentle owl than some of the others. He looks more curious too- always look g around

This made my day to see, thank you! She lands so gently it seems and the noises she makes are so different than I would expect, like a grunting maybe. She's beautiful and as always, the love you have for them all makes my heart warm. You know my fear of birds is quite real but seeing Kao-Fang makes me feel more relaxed of them. My only experience with an owl is one that was very young fell into one of my horses stalls with me years ago. Thankfully it didn't spook the horse but it did me! :)

How can you take her on the fist without a glove? That's impressive! Great affection and commitment in your training is apparent. Love all the art in your home- it made a great backdrop!

I'm terrified of big birds and birds of prey... but I'm obsessed with your videos. These birds seem so loving and it's a side that make them seem less scary. I hope you upload again, because your videos are both really interesting and helpful :)

You really love your birds and you've trained them very well. My husband trained hawks in Illinois back in the 1960's when he was a teen. We now have a Blue & Gold Macaw who is 36 years old. Birds of prey are amazing. Thanks for posting these interesting videos.

I posted a few questions in one of your other video's comment sections...
1 of these was asking if the owl lived inside of your house. Now I know.
    You are SO AWESOME!

thanks for sharing these videos. i notice you show a lot of affection to the birds, both audibly and physically. why is that? is it get them comfortable with you? do they ever reciprocate affection?

the way ive noticed these birds of prey show affection is straight up loyalty ive seen a snowy owl and a few other birds nuzzle their handlers with their beaks

The way you talk if I didn’t know she was an owl I’d think you were talking about a new younger wife! Is she honking or making out noises? I hear something that sounds like that. I also hear some adorable little chirps I’ve only seen when this species is being let by a human. Such a sweet massive cute little birdie!
