Just.hecause she.learned how.to speak spnish immersed totlly in the culture.does not make it awkward or make nicaraguas potential in tourism less than costa rica. Just to give you an insight on how us Nicaraguans are...after the the triumph of the revolution, illiteracyin nicragua was gone in 1 year, now let alone one person learning spanish.

You don't pick up that accent from "speaking no Spanish" at all in 9 months, immersion or not. Hit on her with comments, can't blame you -- but know this is exaggerated. Note that she looks central American way more than Germanic. Do the math. This is an example of why Nicaragua "isn't ready" for merging into the tourism industry like its neighbor to the south. A bit too shady still -- from the gov't down. And hey, maybe she is German and just a genius, but if you want to know what real Germans sound like, even after 8 years immersed, check out the Ka Sundance channel. ...still managing English, let alone Spanish. Sorry to be a bummer. Just had to say, don't be gullible.
The only part u can hear her German accent was when she said "kindergarten". She said it very strong like a German would. "Kindergaaauuden". And she looks white. Not all germans are blonded hair blue eyes lol.
